I found a website that sells all kinds of organic foods.www.nuts.comThey have lots of kinds of flour made from wheat and many non-wheat grains and beans' flours. Also, if you want to buy larger size bags of spices like turmeric I find it really cheap at Indian/Middle Eastern markets. It is hard shopping for non-GMO foods.

Since I had to take tuna off the shelf I am learning to appreciate sardines.
A can of sardines has really long shelf life. The exp. date is more than 2 years. They are good for hurricane/emergency food stash as they don't need refrigeration and can be eaten with crackers etc., they have lots of calories, vitamins etc. and are inexpensive. Plus **** they may not be around much longer so get them now before price shoots up or they wind up full of radiation.
