I made a page with the major Fukushima news and info sites at www.rockythedog.net/F/fuked.html There's newsy items all over this board too. From now on I'll be posting 'new' items in this pen. My favorite new find is this you tube page showing live cam high-lights - www.youtube.com/channel/UC6ZrPUBOUZ71hBtQrsuyY6gI find lots of good links in the comments at ENE-News and in discussions at Radioactive Chat. They are linked on the Fuked page.

The reason I have Rense listed on the Fuked site is once a week or so scientist, Yoichi Shimatsu reports about Fukushima happenings. It is audio file found on the right column just a little lower down from the Y0u Tube logo. rense.com/

Miss Frill,
you are incredibly talented & have a knack to divide & conquer the fact from fiction that is truly impressive. I truly appreciate your efforts, as they educate me in ways I would have never had the opportunity to grasp or even discover prior to discovering you. Slowly but surely I'm picking up new skills which give me an eye for details I never had before...
FUKED is the most awesome webpage, it's excellent. This will be a great resource for me to share with folk I'm trying to reach out to & jump on board.....
thx, your a gem x

Failed to cool the earth enough... I am not that worried it didn't go well.... Dangerous & difficult? TEPCO, just wondering if you believe your own bullshit? I believe your a bunch of absolute C. U. Next Tuesdays!

That ice wall thing is a complete joke. The energy input required (if it *could* work)would be enormous. I say excavate the high side of the site, pour a rebarred concrete wall, backfill with perf pipe, gravel and peastone. Standard construction practice, FAR less expensive, and cannot fail because it is passive and proven. TEPCO? Hell no, they have to do something experimental, high tech, super expensive, which doesn't work. Crazy bastards.

The ice wall helps justify energy demand - there's a tweeter who posts TEPCO daily demand and supply and I have yet to see supply lower than demand, and thats with no nuc plants operating. heh.

The ice wall idea is borrowed from a fix-up used for underground storage caverns (they store natural gas in big caverns). It is not anything new or unique. Just totally wrong to use as a nuke plant fix up! Details - lasinkhole.wordpress.com/2013/09/14/freezewall/

Justify in an interesting choice of words (LOL) and I agree it does serve that function in a sideways-backwards way. They have been doing ok importing natural gas to cover demand with the nukes shut down. True the icewall isn't new tech, but using it for this is yet more proof that an Idiot Wind blows through Tepco. Yikes.

adams... and worthwhile trivia to understand is in nat. gas they have new, cheap tech. discovery that can make nat. gas a liquid (LPG) and it makes it easier to store and ship because it is way more compact. It can be put on a tanker ship (vs a pipeline) so US is now frack crazy to export this stuff to China etc. Not like their rapid, modern industries run on that gas would compete with shriveling US-made products or anything.

Yes, LNG is becoming a real cash cow for those in charge of the contracts.
