Some are technical docs and some are on regulations and misc. topics. Of course they are in no order whatsoever and may have been released by a FOIA request.
Starting with pbadupws.nrc.gov/docs/ML1419/ - some of the synopsis comments are at ENE-News' forum - and the rest will go here. This is a selection of interesting docs, not all the docs. Quite a few in the 1419 series have to do with a nuke plant in South Carolina. Other regions are mixed in.
The HBR2 ICCI system is a standard Westinghouse design and is therefore subject to the same "larger than expected post-accident-induced errors" reported as a IOCFR21 item by Westinghouse on May 9, 1985.

2012 Security Chat p.2 NPP fuel cycle cyber security infighting post 9-11 pbadupws.nrc.gov/docs/ML1419/ML14191A054.pdf ... a ho-hum from upper ups p.4 "The NRC staff also acknowledges the lack of understanding expressed by licensees concerning the cyber security threat." p.6 precious e-mail exchange on post 9-11 nuke plant security:
Subject: The Jack/Jason Post 9/11 Security Extravaganza Hi there, For some reason I seem to have deleted my saved copies of the Jack/Jason Post 9/11 Security presentation that ya'll did for OGC two years ago. I can't find it in ADAMS either. Do you have an e-copy saved that you could easily send to me? If not I can ask Trip.

"The difficulty experienced by the physician in inserting the source in the applicator and the design of t[ missing text ] source carrier resulted in the source falling out of the carrier during the insertion process."
"Common defense and security" phrase added to contracts and this gets inserted too: "Taking any other action that has no reasonable nexus to: (i) Radiological health and safety" pbadupws.nrc.gov/docs/ML1419/ML14191A320.pdf
Calm down the cattle - smooth talk
Owners of a flock of NPPs have a doc on spent fuel casks that is a p.r. puff piece on dealing with the NRC. pbadupws.nrc.gov/docs/ML1419/ML14190B052.pdf Lingo is telling as they look like they are making up ideas for handling "time expired" plants with no idea what to expect. Some nukeateer humor on p.18 where they can't make up a good name for dealing with crumbling 'aged' reactors because all the good acronyms have been used up
P. 2 of this doc scolds NRC staff for not giving proper impression to public in Open House meetings. pbadupws.nrc.gov/docs/ML1419/ML14190B284.pdf Feedback forms with negative response blamed on speakers being too sciency in their talks. Dumb it down they advise.
1973 - 148 page bundle with lots of info on the plant having trouble keeping up with energy demand. p. 16 shows pump problems, p. 29 shows a leak on April 10, p. 32 talks about cladding collapse ... etc. etc. pbadupws.nrc.gov/docs/ML1419/ML14191A140.pdf
1966 US Atomic Energy Comm. handout - "Carolina Power & Light Company has entered into a turnkey contract with Westinghouse Electric Corporation to construct the entire plant and will contract with Westinghouse for design and fabrication of the initial fuel loading. Westinghouse has in turn contracted with Ebasco Services, Inc., as its architect-engineer-constructor for the plant." pbadupws.nrc.gov/docs/ML1419/ML14191A144.pdf
1966 letter requests "a Technical Specification change to restrict allowable operation to a power level of no more than 1380 megawatts thermal unless three safety injection (SI) pumps are available for automatic initiation to mitigate the effects of the spectrum of Loss of Coolant Accidents (LOCAs) at 2300 megawatts thermal. This amendment request is due to the identification of a scenario which would render two of the three safety injection pumps vulnerable to a single failure." pbadupws.nrc.gov/docs/ML1419/ML14191A321.pdf more - pbadupws.nrc.gov/docs/ML1419/ML14191A326.html
(1976) "On November 4, 1976, we met with representatives of PWR licensees with Westinghouse designed plants to discuss measures being taken to prevent reactor vessel overpressurization. " pbadupws.nrc.gov/docs/ML1419/ML14190A234.pdf

Censored US gov’t emails reveal proposed plan to test West Coast residents for Fukushima fallout — “Many cases of cancer may end up being attributed to exposures” — Doses could exceed EPA’s emergency levels — UC Berkeley Nuclear Dept.: “Prompt action should be taken”

starlight: Perfect and then some! Dana is burning through the cash on some top notch state of the art tech and for those who can afford to, every pound is cherished and used in this endeavour. Presentation is vital and he’s come so far!

starlight: Posting the links in the chat now you have made the thread is perhaps a mistake, I say this in all good faith and only because eventually the chat will be erased by new chat posts which, though slow, require space of their own. Best wishes for 2019!

millie: Hi, Starlight. No problem. I posted here because the thread is not visible to the outside world, just members apparently. I post in enough other places it's not a big deal. Thanks for the correction, and Happy New Year!

starlight: Are you experiencing difficulties building a thread? For certain things such as expanding pictures one has to log in but building a thread is still possible I’m sure. Don’t give up just yet!

starlight: Linking to YouTube here will result in slower page redraws over time on a thread as pages grow, so that’s frustrating! Linking to multiple vids in a single

starlight: post will result in slow page redraw, cumbersome. So don’t try to post Dana’s entire output retrospectively but stuff you have a comment on .... might be a good balance? It’s tricky! I have just one thread and go there to post my contribution over time.

millie: For #Fukushima's eighth anniversary (3/11), netc.com was taken down so we can't see the EPA radiation levels. Therefore we should conclude that everything is a-ok. Not.
