OH NOOOOOO!
*** IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR FUKU HOUNDS ***
IF YOU'RE ANTI-NUCLEAR YOU COULD BE A DOMESTIC TERRORIST
On Thurs. 5/22, the US House of Rep. voted against the Smith-Broun amendment that would have eliminated the ability for indefinite detention of American citizens which was in the NDAA defense spending bill for 2015. Mostly Democrats voted against it, most Republicans for it. Here's a link to an article about it:
www.huffingtonpost.com/2014/05/22/ndaa-indefinite-detention_n_5373005.html
What does this mean? Anywhere in the world, including on US soil, the military can detain/jail any US citizen (you) indefinitely & throw away the key without charges, lawyer or trial. To do this, the Executive Branch (the White House & Dept. of Homeland Sec.) merely have to label you a "terrorist." (Is this unconstitutional? Hell yes! But evidently the majority of Congress doesn't think so...)
Do you know anything about this or how your rep. voted? I just researched it...my House rep., Gosar, voted for the amendment that would ban this detention. (YAY!) I sent him a thank you note.
This is the third year this provision has been in the NDAA bill. It was demanded by the obama regime in 2011,and has now been signed into law as part of NDAA for 3 years. (BTW under the Posse Commitatus Act passed many years ago, the American military is prohibited from operating on US soil...but Washington is ignoring that law.)
Think this applies only to bad people like Al Quaeda? Think again. Here is a partial list of beliefs the DHS has published that may indicate an American citizen is a "domestic terrorist":
"returning veteran"
"stores and unusual amount of food/water"
"anti-nuclear"
"second amendment supporter"
"Christian"
"patriot groups, law enforcement patriots"
and more...
Read an article about it:
misguidedchildren.com/homeland-security/2014/02/are-you-on-a-domestic-terrorist-watch-list/16048
And here is a partial list from DHS of 85 things that get you put on a "watch list" if a G-man spots you in the act (I love 13):
1) Use Google Maps to find your way around a strange city.
2) Use Google Maps to view photos of sports stadiums.
3) Install online privacy protection software on your personal computer.
4) Attempt to shield your computer screen from the view of others.
5) Shave your beard, dye your hair or alter your mode of dress.
6) Sweat.
7) Avoid eye contact.
8) Use a cell-phone camera in an airport, train station or shopping mall.
9) Seek to work alone or without supervision.
10) Appear to be out of place.
11) Have bright colored stains on your clothing.
12) Be missing any fingers.
13) Emit strange odors....

Some people in America are pushing back. VT & CA have banned it in their state. One town in Idaho has legislation that prohibits it
benswann.com/idaho-town-does-the-honors-of-banning-federal-ndaa-indefinite-detention/
What will you do to get your freedom back? Call your House rep.& find out how he/she voted & give your feedback. Tell your federal rep. & state reps you want this portion of the NDAA law banned in your town/state. Here's a group you can look into that is fighting back against this tyranny. They have lots of info. & ideas:

This is just 1 example of many of DC working to end our freedom. I'm really, really tired of watching this country go down the drain because the Federal tyrants pass unconstitutional regulations/laws while so many citizens are ignorant, saying they're "too busy" or "aren't interested in politics" or "it doesn't affect me." Yes, it affects all of us. It's about liberty and changing America back to a democratic republic under our US Constitution.
PLEASE COPY & PASS ON TO FAMILY & FRIENDS...THANKS!
