Hi Guys, I get Google alerts sent to my email everyday for Fukushima and Nuclear News. I was surprised to see this headline from my local paper in little ol' San Luis Obispo (California's Central Coast).
Has anyone ever heard of this guy they're talking about? His name is Dave Lochbaum. "Lochbaum is the director of the Union of Concerned Scientists’ Nuclear Power Safety Project and co-author of the book “Fukushima: The Story of a Nuclear Disaster.” The event is sponsored by the Alliance for Nuclear Responsibility."
I live 6.8 miles from Diablo Canyon and less than that to Montana De Oro (our local beach). Any feedback on this guy would be great. I do plan on going.
Thanks, Delaina (AKA DCBabos)
Here's an article from the SLO Tribune written after the event. I am so glad I went! I bought the book too.

Greetings dcbabos:
David is the real deal and you would like to hear what he has to say.
We actually made the "Hell NO-We Won't Glow" T-shirts for the Diablo blockade and I was a camp cook and guide...Jackson loved my camp coffee and peach cobbler.
We understand and share the vision of a nuclear-free planet. Let's work together and DENY NUCLEAR. Stop by and say hi...
